Incorrect Supply or Shortages:
Goods which have been incorrectly supplied or which are found to be faulty may be returned for replacement or credit. It is at the discretion of Ace Workwear to credit or resupply shortages. It is the responsibility of the customer or their agent, where goods are delivered to a 3rd party (i.e.: your decorator) to check that the goods are as ordered (style / colour / quantity) prior to decoration. Discrepancies must be advised in writing within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. Incorrectly supplied goods that are decorated will be unable to be returned. Claims for shortages will not be accepted after goods have been decorated. No claims for costs of decoration on incorrectly supplied or short shipped goods will be accepted.
Cancelled Orders or Incorrectly Ordered Goods Claims:
If goods are incorrectly ordered or an order is cancelled after it has been shipped return freight and a restocking fee will apply. Our Restocking fee is $22.00 including GST or 10% of the stock item price - whichever is the larger amount for any orders cancelled. Goods can only be returned within 21 business days of delivery. If an order has been cancelled after is has been packed but prior to dispatch a restocking fee of $22.00 including GST or 10% of the stock item price will apply. Credit claims for shortages will not be accepted if the goods are delivered to a 3rd party (i.e.: your decorator) and the claim is not made within 48 hours of delivery or prior to the goods being decorated. Any decorated goods or goods not in original condition (excluding faulty goods) will not be accepted for credit.
Returning Goods:
Discontinued stock items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
All Return requests of any item must be received within 21 business days of delivery. Our Restocking fee is $22.00 including GST or 10% of the stock item price - whichever is the larger amount for any returned items. Restocking fee & Freight will be minused from the order amount and the net amount will be refunded back to you. Orders must be returned in original packaging and in a saleable condition. All costs associated with the returns of goods are at the purchases expense. Tracking information must be provided to ensure the confirmation or any returned items back into our warehouse. Failure to provide this information may result in the loss of these goods to the purchaser.
